Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: If the Client shall cancel this Agreement more than 4 weeks before the photo shooting day, any booking fee paid to the Photographer shall be refunded in full if the Photographer is able to re-book the same date. If the Photographer is NOT able to secure another client for the date, or if the cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks before the portrait date, the Client forfeits the booking fee. Cancellation & Refund Fees are as follows ; Cancellation & Refund • Within 4 weeks : 100% • Within 2 weeks : 70% • Within 1 week : 50% • Within 3 days : 30% • No-show : 0%
